and catering services. During his career, Laertis has been Executive Chef at the restaurants Botoxe \/ YTON The music show, Byzantine at the OPAP ARENA AEK stadium, Attalos Caf\u00e9-Bar-Restaurant-Catering, and Terra Petra All Day Bar Restaurant multi-venue catering. He has also been a personal chef in the homes of famous Greek entrepreneurs while in the first years of his career he was a cook at the Park Hotel Athens, the Kipriotis Hotel Kos, the Far East Restaurant, and the Glyfada Golf.
